If completed successfully, the offer should be tracked within 24 hours. It will remain at this status until the retailer confirms the order is eligible for payment. Once this happens your offer will be updated to completed in the activity tab. The vast majority of transactions with brands track successfully, however, occasionally a transaction may not get reported. If you think this might be the case, please contact support via the app or email support@getmyslice.com and we’ll look into this for you.
